Family Court Mentor Program
The ECBA Volunteer Lawyers Project is seeking attorneys new to Family Court practice to participate in the Erie County Family Court Child Support Mentoring Program. You must be admitted to practice in New York and willing to be paired with an experienced practitioner to guide you through a pro bono child support case for a low-income client. Attendance at an April 30th training is required. Malpractice insurance and CLE credit provided.
