Housing Helpline (for Residents in Erie, Genesee, Orleans, Niagara and Wyoming Counties) The Housing Helpline provides free legal advice and brief services over the phone on landlord/tenant matters to low-income residents living in Erie, Genesee, Orleans, Niagara and Wyoming Counties. Clients can get assistance with navigating an eviction proceeding, preparing a written answer, tips on negotiating with your landlord, and learning about their rights as tenants. **If you have an eviction proceeding in the city of Buffalo, please see our Attorney of the Morning Program.**

Individuals will be screened for income eligibility before getting scheduled with a same day attorney call back appointment. All Attorney callbacks will take place Monday, Wednesday, & Friday between 10am – 2pm.
