VLP and LSED (Legal Services for the Elderly, Disabled, Disadvantaged, Inc.) hosted the 8th Annual Champions for Justice Bash on 11/20/2015 at the Hotel at the Lafayette. The event honored true champions in this past year as both organizations gave our awards to deserving attorneys, organizations and members of the community.
VLP staff, including CEO Bob Elardo, Esq. and Pro Bono Coordinator Gayle Murphy, Esq. and executive board members were present as the Mayor of Buffalo signed the Proclamation naming October 25 to October 31, 2015 Pro Bono Week in recognition of the hard work that pro bono attorneys undertake for clients in Buffalo and surrounding areas.
